Our founders are a father son team with over 50 years of combined experience in law, business law, intellectual property, hardware and software system design engineering, operation, security, encryption, and project design, management and operations.

Our president has extensive experience advising clients in business law, intellectual property law, and representing clients in the litigation of their disputes in state and federal courts and in alternate dispute resolution proceedings.

Our vice president and chief technology officer has extensive experience in project management hardware and software development, design, encryption, data storage, and cyber security in the field of specialized hardware and software design, operations and security with international customers and clients.

US Trade Secrets Registry started with an idea between our founders on a way to enable entrepreneurs to register their trade secrets, ideas and inventions (their “works”) in a digitally verifiable way without disclosing their works to competitors and others as they would have to disclose if they were to copyright or patent those ideas, secrets and inventions.
